Auditing The Financial Statements

Auditing the Financial Statements is currently the main operation of our company. With the clients working in various industries, we have accumulated a lot of practical experience and are always ready to serve all the businesses with the best service quality.
The annual audits will be carried out in two stages - interim and final audits - in accordance with the audit schedules agreed with the clients.
The audit procedures have been set up on the basis of:

- The professional codes of ethics: Independence, Integrity, Objectiveness, Prudence and Confidentiality and

Construction Inspection And Verification

The provision of the services on inspection and verification of the finalized accounts of investment capital and construction works is one of the most successful activities of VietnamAudit. The services we have been providing and are always ready to give to the clients nationwide include:
 Auditing the finalized investment accounts of the economic, cultural and social projects.

 Auditing to verify the valuation of budgets and final accounts of construction projects, including:
   - Civil construction works (e.g. houses, dormitory houses, hotels, offices, etc.)
   - Public transportation works (e.g. bridges, roads, airports, seaports, etc.)
   - Industrial construction works, especially electrical ones (e.g. hydro-power works, thermo-electrical  works, etc.)
   - Construction project serving agriculture and irrigation industries, etc.

 Providing consulting services to investment and construction projects.
Our services are conducted on the basis of the strict compliance with the prevailing State regulations on construction management for both FDI and local investment projects in combination with the evidence on the existence, suitability and the market prices of the assets.
The auditor's reports will help you complete the formalities to get the approvals of the related authorities on your finalized construction investment accounts and the finalized valuation of the projects before the construction works are put into use.
